Why We Started NextAILabs

The founders of NextAILabs worked across India's BFSI and enterprise technology landscape for years. In that time, one pattern repeated itself constantly: businesses were drowning in outbound call volume and inbound support load — while customers were hanging up frustrated after long IVR queues.

"We watched an NBFC burn ₹40 lakhs a month on a call centre doing nothing but EMI reminders. Most calls took under 60 seconds. We knew AI could do this better, faster, and for a fraction of the cost."

What we found, though, was that the existing AI voice platforms were built for English-first, US-style customer interactions. They didn't understand the code-switching common in Indian conversations — a customer who starts in Hindi and slips into English mid-sentence. They didn't account for TRAI's calling window rules. They didn't have connectors for Exotel or Knowlarity, the telephony backbone of most Indian contact centres.

So we built NextAILabs. India-first in every decision — from the languages we support (12+) to the compliance guardrails we enforce (TRAI, RBI, DPDP) to the integrations we prioritise (LeadSquared, Zoho, Exotel, and the CRM stacks Indian enterprises actually use).

Today we power voice agents for companies in BFSI, EdTech, Real Estate, E-Commerce, and Healthcare across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai.
